Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is finalized. When the label is printed you will receive an automatic email with the tracking number for your order (this does not mean that your order has been
shipped) please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update. you will receive a notification if there should be any delays or cancellations from the carrier.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been delivered. all packages are emailed with a tracking number so you can watch for your package and when you should expect it.
